Gail Tubbs, admissions counselor, received a Rising Star Award from the Michigan Association for College Admission Counseling (MACAC) for her involvement in the Association.

Maureen Linker
University of Michigan-Dearborn’s Tau Sigma National Honor Society chapter recently inducted Maureen Linker, associate professor of philosophy, and Laura Keefer, associate professor of educational philosophy, as new honorary members. The chapter also inducted 37 new transfer students, the largest group of inductees since Tau Sigma was founded at UM-Dearborn in 2009. The 2012 honorary members join seven other UM-Dearborn honorary members.
