is the online version of the definitive encyclopedia of religion. This resource is useful for scholars in religious, theological, and biblical studies and includes a wide range of subjects. Religion Past and Present is available through the Brill Online Reference Works database.

Content may be viewed for free online or may be purchased in print and e-book format. digitalculturebooks is dedicated to establishing a model for press-library collaboration at Michigan and elsewhere.

Database Updates

Classical Music Library 
Classical Music Library
includes over 135,000 tracks from some of the greatest labels in the world of classical music. Music written from the earliest times (e.g., Gregorian Chant) to the present is featured, including many contemporary composers. Musical genres include everything from opera to vocal, choral chamber, orchestral, and solo instrumental music. Browse the collection by album, composer, genre, and more. Users are allowed to create their own playlists or use one of the many playlists available in the collection.

American Film Scripts Online 
This database contains more than 1,000 scripts by more than 1,050 writers, as well as detailed information on the scenes, characters and people related to the scripts. In addition, more than 500 original images of previously unpublished screenplays are included.

Inter-University Consortium for Political and Social Research (ICPSR)
The Inter-university Consortium for Political and Social Research maintains the world’s largest archive of computerized, numeric social science data. The database contains about 500,000 digital files covering topics such as demography, criminal justice, terrorism, racial and ethnic minorities, economics, health care, politics, social behavior, public opinion and more.

AAIDD Journals 
This site features two full-text journals published by the American Association on Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (AAIDD). The American Journal on Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (AJIDD, formerly AJMR) is the premier journal in the field. Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (IDD) is an informative policy and practice journal.
